WOODY'S SHOOTOUT!

Now that was a long drive - 4500 kms each way, And worth the drive. It is quite an experience to be able to race with this caliber of drag racers. The best of the best.

My hat is off to Kris Bedard and the gang from Zurich. They fought the elements for a week before the race and did a fantastic job . It rained so much there was no testing or practice. You were given two qualifying passes and then you were put on the NHRA ladder board. We will send you more as we get it. new world record 4.07 @ 126 mph John Wheelock on his Proline chassis with a 4 stoke/turbo, But as fate would have it John did not win. He got bent in the final and Bernard Rodrigue won. Congratulations. I think we finished in 5th place. second went to John third went to Tim Hutchinson and forth went to Todd Serra.

All in all we had a great time. I'd like to say thanks to my daughter Stacey, who travelled with me and never stopped cleaning the trailer. Also Kent Brooks and Russell Liba ( who flew down to help). Without you two guys it wouldn't have been half as much fun. Thank you very much. Now lets get ready for the ice. Our 2005 ice shedule is coming soon . Jamie Hogg.

Thanks Jamie
